Fallout 4 is really the best RPG game and won some awards too. Some Mods in the world are not like just install in-game and start playing. A new feature is introduced which allows the player to destroy any building or other gaming structure. FallUI Item Sorter is a premade plugin by the author of Complex Sorter, who also made FallUI, a really great update to DEF_UI. Those mods aren't actually mods, but 圎dit scripts that look through your entire load order and try to give each item the correct tag. They require knowledge of 圎dit, which is pretty daunting for most people, but the upside is that it doesn't require any patches to work. Some people use Simple Sorter or Complex Sorter. There is a patch to make ACO work with AWKCR that should allow you to use VIS(-G) item sorting. The downside to those mods is the lack of support for sorting mods. I haven't used that one, personally, but I looked through the plugin and I can tell you that DankRafft really knows what he's doing. It does way more than that, actually, but most functionality can be turned off with MCM. Crafting Framework is a legendary swapping mod by the same author. Apparently, Gambit77 has been working on something new that's supposedly close to release.Īrmor & Clothing Overhaul (ACO) is a good alternative to Armorsmith that I used for a while.
Some people tried forking AWKCR, such as AWKCR-R. There are some people that hate AWKCR/AE with a passion, while others swear by it.Īs for alternatives: if you use any of the overhaul mods that depend on AWKCR such as Supermutant Redux, Raider Overhaul or Unique NPCs, then there is no alternative.
